Because of the digital nature of our work, refunds are only issued in specific cases described below.

The service was not delivered within the agreed timeframe and no progress was made after 7 business days.
A clear technical issue on our platform prevented you from receiving your translation or using the purchased service.
You were charged twice for the same order (duplicate payment).
Refunds will not be granted in the following cases:
You changed your mind after the service was delivered;
The translation or service did not meet your personal expectations, but was delivered according to the agreed description;
Misuse, misunderstanding, or misinterpretation of the translated content;
Delay or error caused by incorrect or incomplete information provided by you.
To request a refund, you must contact us within 7 days of your purchase or delivery date.

Order number or transaction ID;
Reason for the refund request;
Any supporting evidence (if applicable).

If your refund is approved:
The refund will be processed to your original payment method;
It may take 5–10 business days for the amount to appear in your account (depending on your bank or payment provider).
If you wish to cancel a service before work begins, you may contact us immediately.
If the project has not yet started, a full refund may be issued.
Once the work has begun, no refund can be issued.
